Today we want to present you another example of contemporary architecture set in the rocky desert of Paradise Valley, Arizona, USA. The name of this masterpiece is Jarson Residence and it is designed by the Phoenix-base studio will bruder+PARTNERS. The project was completed in 2007 and spreads across 4,440 square feet living area. The proud home owners are a family of real estate professionals who were pretty clear about the look and the purpose of their future home – a contemporary residence for a quiet refection. The two-story shred roof house features a glass façade that reveals spectacular desert views. Main materials used in the interior are steel, copper, glass, wood, cork and concrete. Glass wall panels allow the natural surroundings to collaborate with the modernistic interior. On the ground floor of the house a living and a dining room, a kitchen, a media area and a potter’s studio are located, while the upper floor hosts the bedrooms and a home office. The entries and passages are transformed into galleries, displaying owners’ art collection. A contemporary rectangular concrete swimming pool completes the idyllic scene.
