It’s the reason why you toss and turn in your bed way past midnight after scrolling down your phone a few minutes before bedtime.

As a ground-rule, to create the perfect environment for a good night’s sleep keep all electronic gadgets, such as television, laptops, tablets, and smartphones out of the bedroom. Even if you have to use your phone in the room, don’t take it to your bed. Also, make sure you cut down screen time right before hitting the bed.
