This absolutely stunning extravagant loft used to be a concert hall in NYC’s East Village. It dates back to the 1860 and now is owned by the photographer Gregory Colbert. His photographs usually capture unique moments of human-animal interaction and many of them can be seen in the apartment. The property is known as Beethoven Hall and consists of eleven rooms including four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. The largest room of all boasts with 32-foot arched ceilings, a massive wooden dining table for twelve and a huge photograph of an elephant. The interior is defined by an unusual mixture of vintage, industrial and traditional styles and looks truly unique. You can see a lot of wood, steel, glass, marble and brick in all premises. There is even a home gym and a hi-tech library. A gorgeous 420-square-foot terrace provides ample outdoor entertaining space for gathering.
Impressive, isn’t it?!
