This charming house is the proof that traditional design and green architecture can successfully co-exist together. The house was design by Peterssen/Keller architects and won AIA Minnesota Home of the Month Award for design excellence. Sustainable features are integrated into the design, including photovoltaic solar panels, geothermal heating/cooling and a all- house control system. The interior is defined by traditional style and a neutral color scheme. The premises are spacious and elegant. The decoration is scarce and everything is put in its right place. On the outside, the house is designed to blend in with the neighborhood surroundings.
