Here’s a look inside a beautiful and modern condo, One Beacon Court. This home is located amongst Manhattan’s most luxurious condominium residences, known as the Bloomberg Tower, near Central Park. This high-rise home keeps things simple in interior design, and above all, contemporary in decor and furnishings. Designer Tara Benet has perfected the elegant meets functional look here, and we love it.
The all-white interior is brightened up even more by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The light also reaches the perfectly accented darker shades throughout the living and kitchen areas, helping really show off the interior of this multifaceted modern condo.
We love the coordination between colors and types of furniture between the living room and dining area. The snow-white sofa and Poliform chairs match in shade perfectly (both even have black accents), while the black coffee table coincides with the calacatta marble table in the dining area. This creates such a seamless flow from room to room; you’ll notice the solid white dining furniture in the kitchen.
The giant modular bookshelf adds so much to the living space. It provides the extra storage space, both for decor and necessities, adds extra dimension to the overall look of the room, and the pops of gray in the shelves is fun and impactful.

What really adds extra oomph to this already modern condo are the contemporary pieces of artwork strategically hung in the living spaces. A personal favorite has to be the painting by Gardar Eide Einarsson—the magenta hue pops against all of the white. We’re all fans of the large green “X” near the dining area as well.
