Who would’ve thought that building a colorful igloo in the backyard is possible?! We know who, it’s Mrs Brigid Burton of Edmonton, Canada. The idea came to her when she found out her daughter would come to spend some time there with her boyfriend (luckily an engineer). The mother wanted to keep the boyfriend busy, so she started collecting milk cartons, filling them with colored water and freezing them to make ice bricks. After 150 hours of hard work and using the help of family and neighbors, they managed to fit all 500 ice blocks into place forming a stunning colorful rainbow-like igloo.

Amazing, isn’t it?!
