Looking from above you won’t even notice that there is a house somewhere among the lush greenery of the forest in Praia do Felix, Brazil. And that is not a coincidence. The architecture company Vidal & Sant’Anna had a tough task to design a house preserving the environmental conditions of the area. It seems they really did it, since the house blends in perfectly with the surrounding forest.

The soil characteristics and the original ground vegetation have remained untouched. Cross ventilation and air chambers on the decks ensure the right temperature for maximum environmental comfort.

The house itself has a built up area of 1,668 square feet and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a spacious terrace. A truly fascinating design!
