Thanks to Carvalho Araujo, an architecture company based in Portugal, we are able to feast our eyes on a dwelling that is all around comfy in a lavish way!
This minimalist guesthouse, also known as Quinta de Lemos, features elongated corridors that lead to bedroom suites, lounges and other social areas. The infrastructure of the building is one of the running themes, as its exposed concrete and wood elements lead and inspires the design for the rest of the guesthouse. Simpler is better for this residence, and less furniture gives this minimalist guesthouse an ultramodern feel. The warm lighting that is added promotes a more intimate atmosphere for a place that blends so seamlessly with its rural environment.
