Quite attractive, aren’t they?! These extraordinary chairs are designed by the young, yet experienced designer Merve Kahraman, who is a teacher at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and an artist, working on her own projects. The idea for a deer-chair and a rabbit-chair came from the ancient mythology, where we find tales about semi-human semi-creature characters.  Well, nowadays the story is a bit different. Art has given us furniture that represents both, a regular chair and an animal. The chairs from the ‘Hybrid’ collection are handmade of wood, leather and fur. The pictures bellow prove that they were created with great precision and attention to the detail. We find this design truly original!
