This wonderful garden office was submitted by Jorge Fontan. Here is what the architect says about the project:

This is a home office to be built as a separate structure from a single family residence. Intended for a telecommuter or small business it allows one to stay close to home and keep their work out of the house. This backyard office has two sliding glass doors at the front and two sets of sliding glass windows on the sides that open allowing the office to be part of the garden providing natural ventilation, a view, and a relaxed comfortable environment. One can work inside while feeling like they are outside. There is a rear door and exterior stairs to a roof deck for relaxation or work. The design intends to limit the distinction between the interior office and the exterior garden. It is a free standing structure wood framed with wood siding and polished cement board or stucco.
