Since the introduction of Scrapwood Wallpaper in 2010 Dutch Wallpaper Company NLXL has met with worldwide success. Today they proudly introduce their 5th collection. After Piet Hein Eek, Piet Boon, Merci and Arthur Slenk they teamed up once again with Piet Hein Eek to create “Scrapwood Wallpaper 2”. This new collection expands on the previous designs based on “waste furniture” and includes patterns of realistic wood cross sections, planks and beams.

NLXL founder Rick Vintage: “The original Scrapwood Wallpaper series was an unbelievable success. It laid the foundation for our company. I think Piet Hein Eek’s ideas are limitless and his ideas become better and clearer with every new design he makes. It is an incredible honor to continue our cooperation – and we are certain that this new collection will please a lot of people all over the world.”

The wall coverings boast with a matte finish to make them look more convincing. “We chose a new, super luxurious matte finish so the wallpaper looks even more realistic than before,” “This new collection complements the previous”, says the designer. “With these designs you can create a warm and rustic atmosphere in a space without having to use real wood.”
